BOOKING PROCEDURE
Step 1: Email us with your booking dates and requirements
Step 2: We will revert with availability status within 24 hours of your query.
Step 3: Once you have finalized the dates, ask us to block the room for you. You can do so over email
Step 4: We will email you our bank details, block the room for you and hold it for a maximum period of 3 days within which you will have to make a 50% advance payment in our bank account.
Step 5: Let us know once you have made the advance payment so that we can acknowledge the same and confirm your booking over email.

Note:
* Booking requests, which are not confirmed, by advance payment, within 3 days will automatically get cancelled.
* Advance payment is fully refundable if any cancellation is made 14 days prior to check-in date. No refunds are entertained if cancellations are made in the last 14 days
* In the case of no show or cancellation due to landslide, vehicle breakdown etc, refunds may or may not be entertained

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -

  1. Enquire about special discounts offered for bookings of 2 days and above.
  2. Enquire about our special off season discounts
  3. Government taxes as applicable will be billed additional on accommodation and food.
  4. Large groups can enquire about our special discounted rates for CP, MAP & AP bookings. Breakfast at 250/- per person & dinner at 450/- per person additional discounts offered.
  5. Individuals and small groups will have to book on EP plan and order food a la carte.
  6. Check-in time is at 12 noon. Check out time is at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  7. We do not offer discounts for single occupancy in rooms.
  8. We offer House-keeping service on request at no extra charge.
  9. All rooms come with fresh bed linen, blankets / duvets, fresh bath towels, toilet paper roll, soap & shampoo.
  10. We have ample of safe parking for bikes & cars.
  11. We have provision for drivers/mechanics to stay at no additional cost on first come first serve basis.
  12. Option of a full size pull out bed is available in every room at an additional cost of Rs.400/- Guests are requested to inform management in advance they intend to use the pull out bed.
  13. Children above 5 years will be billed at Rs 400/- as a third occupant/extra bed. No extra charge for children 5 years and below sharing bed with parents.
  14. We take bookings against 50% advance payment which is fully refundable if any cancellation is made 15 days prior to check-in date. No refunds are entertained if cancellations are made in the last 15 days
  15. In case of no show or cancellation due to landslide, vehicle breakdown etc, refunds may or may not be entertained.
  16. If your DOG is friendly, we are more than happy to host your dog. Management needs to be informed in advance. Note that dogs will not be allowed to be left alone in the guest room. Dogs will have to be on a leash 24/7 unless permission is granted otherwise by the management. A fully refundable security deposit of Rs 2000/- will be required for guest with dogs.
  17. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  18. It is mandatory by law for all guests to produce valid ID proof before check in.
  19. A fully refundable security deposit of Rs 1000 per room will be taken at the time of check in. In the case of any damage to the room or stains on linen, management will deduct the appropriate amount from the security deposit. Amount deducted will be at management's discretion.
